Appliance repair is the only trade we run where the campaign has to be built backward from your capability sheet.
Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, and Thermador run certified servicer networks, and the first thing a homeowner asks on the phone is whether you are authorized. Bid those brands without the certification and you pay premium click prices to decline calls, which costs you twice: the click, and a caller who now knows your name as the company that could not help.
The same applies to parts access, to commercial equipment, to sealed system work, and to whether your techs handle built-ins.
So we start by mapping what you service, what brands you are certified on, what you can get parts for, and what you turn down. Then we build the account inside those boundaries.
Most agencies skip that conversation and launch a generic campaign. It is why appliance repair owners so often describe their leads as busy but wrong.
We own trade businesses. We run our own accounts before we run yours.
| Keyword | Volume | Difficulty | CPC |
|---|---|---|---|
| appliance repair near me | 109,000 | 0 | $2.00 |
| refrigerator repair near me | 35,000 | 0 | $2.00 |
| dishwasher repair | 31,000 | 55 | $2.50 |
| dryer repair near me | 27,000 | 46 | $2.00 |
| washer repair | 19,000 | 53 | $2.00 |
| sub zero repair | 1,600 | 45 | $5.00 |
Volume is not the problem in this trade. A hundred and nine thousand monthly searches at difficulty zero is more demand than almost any trade we work in.
Ticket value is the problem, and so is who is actually calling.
Note the last row. Sub-Zero repair costs two and a half times a generic appliance repair click, and the service call is four to five times a builder-grade dryer repair. In most trades the expensive keyword is attached to the cheaper job. Appliance repair reverses that.
Which makes the premium brands the best inventory on the board, but only if you can service them. If you cannot, they are the most expensive way to generate a call you have to turn down.
A customer whose eighteen-month-old refrigerator failed is calling the manufacturer, not you. They search the same words, click your ad, ask if you are a factory authorized servicer, and hang up.
In a trade where clicks are cheap and volume is huge, warranty traffic is the quietest budget drain there is, and almost nobody filters it.
A dryer belt and a Wolf range are the same conversion to Google unless you tell it otherwise. Blended, the algorithm optimizes toward whatever converts fastest, which is the cheapest work.
Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Wolf, Miele, Bosch. Higher tickets, customers who have already accepted the repair will be expensive, and clicks that cost more but pay far better.
Someone searching whether to fix a twelve-year-old washer may just buy a new one. That search looks identical to a buying search and converts at a fraction of the rate.
A dead refrigerator is food spoiling. A dead washer is laundry piling. Availability beats credentials in this trade more than in any other, and most ads lead with years in business.
The sale happens on the truck. If your ad and landing page do not set expectations about the diagnostic fee, you convert cheaply and cancel expensively.
Parts inventory, drive time, and second trips. A customer forty minutes out who needs a part ordered costs you two drives and a margin you never had.
Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Wolf, Miele, Bosch. Higher click cost, far higher ticket, and customers who have already accepted this will not be cheap.
This is where the account makes its money and the one campaign we will not build unless you can actually service those brands and get the parts.
Refrigerator and freezer repair, ice makers. Highest urgency in the trade because food is on the line, and the largest single appliance category by search volume after the generic term.
Washer and dryer repair. Steady volume, moderate ticket, and a category where same-day availability closes the job.
Dishwasher, range, oven, cooktop, microwave. Lower urgency than refrigeration, comparable ticket.
Restaurants, laundromats, property management. Different buyer, contract potential, and downtime costs that make price a secondary concern.
This is the first thing we build, not the last.
Warranty, under warranty, factory authorized, manufacturer, recall, service bulletin, extended warranty, home warranty, American Home Shield, Choice Home Warranty.
DIY, how to, fix, repair manual, error code, parts, replacement part, belt, filter, appliancepartspros, repairclinic, youtube, diagram, troubleshoot.
Best, reviews, buy, new, sale, prices, vs, comparison, worth repairing, repair or replace.
Jobs, hiring, salary, technician school, certification, appliance repair training, start an appliance repair business.
The error code cluster matters more here than in any trade we run. Homeowners search their error code before they search for help, and Google will send you all of them.
Same-day service, in your area today, and a real diagnostic fee stated plainly. Brand names in the ad copy for the premium campaigns, because a Sub-Zero owner is specifically looking for someone who works on Sub-Zero.
Refrigerator traffic hits a refrigerator page. Premium brand traffic sees a page naming the brands you service and the certifications you hold.
Click to call above the fold on mobile, service area named, diagnostic fee stated.
Dynamic number insertion, so you know which keyword produced which call.
Calls and forms both primary, through Google Tag Manager.
A dryer belt and a built-in refrigerator compressor are the same conversion until you import the closed job value. This is the mechanism that makes the brand-tier argument visible in your own account rather than in a table on a website.
Cost per booked call and average ticket by appliance and brand tier. What premium produced against generic. Cancellation rate on diagnostic-fee calls.
Not impressions. Not click-through rate. Not a dashboard screenshot with a green arrow on it.
$2,500 a month, flat.
Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google. We never take a cut of the media, and you own the account. If we part ways, you keep the history and everything the account has learned.
Clicks in this trade are cheap compared to most home services, which means structure decides profitability far more than budget does.
We own trade businesses. That’s the difference, and most agencies pitching you can’t say it.
Bear Brothers Cleaning is ours. We’ve priced jobs, hired crews, run the phones, and lived with a cost per lead that had to work against real margins. We also run paid search for Plastic Fusion Fabricators and TriHaz Solutions, both industrial operations with long buying cycles and large contracts.
We’ve generated over $3 million in revenue for the businesses we market.
Yes, and the demand is enormous. Appliance repair near me alone is 109,000 monthly searches at difficulty zero. The problem is not volume, it is that most accounts spend all of it on the cheapest tickets and fund warranty customers who were never going to hire them.
Only the brands you can actually service. Sub-Zero repair costs around $5 a click against $2 for generic, and the service call is four to five times a builder-grade job, so the premium brands are the best inventory available. But Sub-Zero, Viking, and Wolf run certified servicer networks, and homeowners ask about authorization on the first call. Bidding brands you cannot service means paying premium prices to decline work.
We start with your capability sheet: brands you are certified on, appliances you handle, parts access, whether you do sealed system work and built-ins, and what you turn down. The campaign gets built inside those boundaries rather than launched generically and pruned later.
Negative keywords built before launch: warranty, factory authorized, manufacturer, recall, home warranty, and the major home warranty brand names. A customer with an eighteen-month-old appliance searches exactly what your customer searches, and warranty traffic is the quietest budget drain in this trade.
The warranty cluster, the DIY and parts cluster, and the error code cluster above all. Homeowners search their error code before they search for help, and that traffic will never convert.
Availability. A dead refrigerator is food spoiling and a dead washer is laundry piling. Same-day service closes more jobs in this trade than credentials or years in business.
Yes. The sale happens on the truck, and setting the expectation up front converts fewer but cancels far less. Hiding it produces cheap conversions and expensive no-shows.
No. Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google and you own the account. We charge a flat $2,500 management fee and never take a cut of the media.
We run one appliance repair client per market. If we’re already working with someone in your service radius, we’ll tell you on the first call rather than take your money and split the same auction.
